Leo Ruschena

Leo has extensive OHS and HR experience, and has a particular interest in the strategic involvement of health & safety to improve organisational effectiveness.

Leo retired from RMIT University in 2008 after 15 years as a Senior Lecturer in OHS. His main postgraduate lecturing activities covering risk management, hazard controls, psychosocial hazards, and organisational systems impacting on OHS.

Prior to working at RMIT, Leo held the executive HR/OHS role in WorkSafe Victoria, ACT Electricity and Water, Yallourn Energy Pty Ltd / Generation Victoria. He is currently Chair of the SIA College of Fellows Policy Committee
