Merrilyn is a senior health, safety and environment (HSE) professional with over 20 years working across rural and remote Australia in mining, defence, rail and steelmaking, the last 7 years with BAE Systems as National Head of HSE.
Merrilyn is passionate about ensuring leadership understands the need to get the balance right between reducing personal injuries and making sure our critical risks are properly understood, owned and controlled. Her hobbies are travelling, snow skiing and scuba diving.
