Tim Fleming

Tim has worked across mining and exploration, emergency services and the construction industry for over 25 years, holding senior safety leadership roles in a number of organisations.

He is currently General Manager HSE for Laing O’Rourke.

Tim is an advocate for establishing a positive performance culture, and believes that the right health and safety agenda can play a pivotal role in challenging the way organisations function and deliver work.
